The project is the revision of an existing project. With the aim of improving the environmental conditions and the quality of the product, all living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens were redesigned. The relationship with the outside was reviewed, changing the type of openings used and their shape and providing windows exposed to the west and south with mobile sunscreen panels. Solar panels are housed on the roof where a large covered terrace provides direct communication with the rooms for guests and relatives. Even the external landscaping has been redesigned to forge a link between the building and the front garden. The paths are integrated in the central part of the green area with its outdoor activity equipment. Enriching the park is a pavilion for leisure activities, complementary to children and the elderly.
