The new facility is located in the southern part of the city between Akhtar el Saghir Street and  the sea and consists of single-family residences characterized by the extraordinary environmental conditions of the setting and positioning that allows each one views over the coast and the sea. Although the houses are detached, they give life to a complex of living units in an aggregation of different types of homes. Roof gardens and terraces alternate with the buildings and are set in a single organism which, as is the tradition in Mediterranean villages, blends and contributes to the creation of a new landscape. On the underground floor, a herringbone design of roads provides access to the parking areas, with individual spaces and direct access to homes.
